Set directly on the cliff, on Madeira's sunny south coast, Waterfront is the first of our two side-by-side apartments. You're 5 minutes from Funchal–Madeira Airport, 10 minutes from the Santa Cruz seaside promenade, 15 minutes from the golden sands of Machico, and a 20-minute drive (17 km) into the heart of Funchal. Close to everything, yet wonderfully apart from it.

Inside, two bedrooms and a full bathroom comfortably host up to 4 guests, with a bright open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, washing machine, and a quiet corner for those mixing the holiday with a few hours of remote work. The real signature, though, is outside: an ocean-facing balcony for morning coffee with the horizon, and — one level down — a private patio with sunbeds and an outdoor shower, framed by the open Atlantic. It's the kind of spot where afternoons quietly disappear.

Waterfront suits couples seeking a slow, romantic escape, or a small family of four who want sea air, space, and easy access to both Funchal and the eastern beaches. Booked together with Vista, our adjoining apartment, it becomes the perfect setup for two couples or close friends travelling together — independent space, shared sunsets.
